Two New Websites Offer Online Television, Expanded Resources
DLF.TV, a new online television station celebrating consciousness, creativity, and bliss, went live in March 2009 and is currently featuring videotaped interviews with Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Sheryl Crow, Donovan, and other musicians who performed at the “Change Begins Within” benefit concert. The station also features exciting footage from the soon-to-be-released concert DVD (see www.DLF.tv). The station will showcase the successes of the David Lynch Foundation, profiling meditating students and their creativity and also posting student films, and will include competitions for short films in which winners will receive scholarships to learn the Transcendental Meditation technique. The station also offers short video clips about founder and award-winning filmmaker David Lynch, such as “The Daily David,” a Q&A format, and “David Doing Stuff.” As a wide-ranging forum for creativity, DLF.TV will have a very high online profile that could bring millions of dollars in support to the David Lynch Foundation and to Maharishi International University.
In addition, the official Transcendental Meditation website (see www.TM.org) has just been beautifully updated and redesigned for everyone to enjoy. The new website features many video clips and endorsements, extensive research information, frequently asked questions and answers, user-friendly navigation, and much more. This website is a wonderful resource for meditators and nonmeditators alike, and we expect it to help boost TM instruction significantly across the nation.
